I worked with the teams performance, careers and skill development. My responsibilities included everything from hiring, salary reviews, skills and execution / performance reviews. Start-up Teams - Some of the teams were part of a business start-up which required new processes & controls to be established. I worked with the teams on skill development, education & team motivation strategies to ensure success. Projects: Several high level global projects. I have worked with teams across country boundaries from Europe to Asia & the US. The team structures involved internal departments, technical experts & multiple suppliers reporting to senior executives. Process Change: Across the many roles I have had, the common theme was one of change. In all of the roles I had to manage process development and evolve the way we did business. Change management was a critical part of how we ensured control and clarity of what we were doing.
