Throughout my 25-plus-year career, I have developed and demonstrated the functional expertise in government contracting to provide direction, leadership, and policy development for large organizations, including providing organizational management, financial management, personnel management, mature judgment, negotiation skills for situations with a high degree of complexity, and communication skills required to manage and present complex technical material to a wide and diverse audience. My objective: Drive results, embrace curiosity, and create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued. I am also an eight-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and have a passion for utilizing my law license to help service-disabled veterans better understand the VA and be awarded the benefits they earned through their sacrifices to a grateful nation. I am also committed to advocating for civil and constitutional rights, ensuring fairness, equality, and the protection of individual freedoms for all. Above all else, I am Alice’s dad. These days you will find my priority is being present and actively involved in her life, seeking out meaningful opportunities to support her development and well-being. Whether through shared activities or simply spending quality time together, I am committed to being a steady, loving presence as she navigates her growth and interests.
