About Rob Kerr

Sales and business have been my calling for the past 22years. I enjoy taking on new challenges and also passing on much of what I know. Learning comes fast so I have become a professional in a few different industries. I have worked in retail sales and management, consultative in home sales, outside business to business sales, insurance sale and financial product sales. I strive to always improve myself and my performance thru education, observation, and keeping an open ear and open mind to listen an learn from others. Employers have entrusted me to represent their businesses in various capacities due to my high level of engagement and professionalism. On several occasions I have helped my employer increase profitability or reduce business cost by suggesting or implementing creative ideas I have developed serving in various capacities. I have managed multiple sales associates with complex industry specific variables that required my strategic oversight. Demand of myself to always show professionalism, integrity, and humility in all things I have been blessed to be responsible of. I go the extra mile not because it is easy, but because it is the mile mark where honor is found.
