About Rob Koper

How do people 'learn'? How can you teach people how to function better and faster in changing, complex situations? How do you set up smart, accessible and attractive learning environments? These are some of the questions that are the focus of my scientific work. In practice, this has led to the development and use of a large range of new methods, online learning environments and standards. I tackle these types of issues in a multidisciplinary manner, in particular a combination of educational science, organizational science, ICT, artificial intelligence, cognitive science and data science. I combine my scientific work with leadership within the university world, devise vision and strategy at the national and international level, come up with innovations to solve specific issues and create the preconditions for successful implementations.
