I am a customer-focused and results-driven Operations Manager with extensive experience driving market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability, spanning 20+ years. My expertise spans all facets of branch and territory management in addition to sales management, team and culture building, P&L management and inventory control. Over the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of serving in multiple key leadership capacities, including (but not limited to) Operations Manager, Territory Manager, and most recently, Branch Manager for Power Equipment Co. in Greeley, Colorado. Prior achievements include driving robust YoY growth for Power Equipment Co. while overseeing the sales and service of aggregate construction equipment. I’m also a strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of customer and market needs. Inherently driven, I am well adept at building and developing high-performing teams through a servant leadership approach while supplying ongoing training and support. I am also well adept at managing day-to-day financial and operational aspects while steadfastly identifying issues or areas of improvement.
