Led an impact study demonstrating how Rocket Homes digital experiences influenced both real estate and mortgage lead conversions, highlighting their broader business value. Produced an analysis showing how a proposed incentive program could boost conversion and revenue for Rocket Homes and Rocket Mortgage—leading to a shift in company-wide strategy.
