About Rob Laduc

I come from a farming and automotive background. I grew up on a small dairy farm in a small town called Orwell, VT. I grew up working in the farm and who didn’t like driving the tractors. I also grew up around race cars. I spent much of my time off the farm helping with the family race car. I graduated from Fair Haven Union High School in 2009 and pursued the workforce away from the family farm. I went to work for an auto parts store where I began as a parts counter person who really didn’t know what they were doing to a counter person people trusted and looked for whenever they came in or called for parts. I loved the job but needed a place to advance myself. I went to work for MSC Industrial Supply as an on-site sales specialist. I became very successful in the industrial supply world. I learned and successfully accounted for many vendor managed inventory locations, grew business by 30% at my customer and grew gross margin while growing the business. I currently manage the parts department at United Ag and Turf in Rutland, VT. I began as a counter person and quickly earned my way to parts manager.
