Hi, I’m Rob — founder of Cultivated, where I help leaders and teams turn complex challenges into clarity, strategy, and behaviours that move ideas smoothly into business value. I started as a journalist and communication scientist, then spent two decades leading technology and HR teams — including roles as VP of Software Engineering, VP of HR, and Head of Agility. Along the way, I helped shape one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For three years running.
