About Rob Lea

A broad work history undertaking a range of roles on infrastructure projects across multiple sectors and countries. My blend of skills gained from roles in business development, tendering, project delivery and governance allow me to take on new challenges and be comfortable operating at all levels of a business. I have had significant exposure to projects procured under the competitive alliance, public private partnership and design-build models, as well extensive involvement with the negotiation and management of contracts. I focus on forging strong relationships with customers and partners in a culturally sensitive way and have gained a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. I am comfortable operating in fast paced environments where information may be limited and ambiguous. I had a passion for building things from a young age which got me interested in Civil Engineering. I thrive on being involved in interesting and exciting projects that benefit and improve communities and have a strong desire to be responsible for making things happen. I bring an enthusiastic, committed approach and high degree of integrity to everything I do.
