About Rob Lehew

I take high-level business direction and figure out how to turn it into software that's simple for customers to use, well-defined for developers to build, and measurable for how it contributes to business results; then manage the software development process through release and iterations. My key strength area is scoping down large unclear spaces with lots of ambiguity into the right thing to get out there and learn from; taking in lots of inputs, making trade-offs, and getting things crisp to deliver what's important. In getting there I'm creative, decisive, technical, collaborative, and fun to work with.
