I ensure the eLearning I create is closely aligned with business goals and provides the necessary information to improve a learner’s understanding and performance. I make it my business to learn complex and complicated systems and processes, and then structure and simplify the content to transfer that knowledge to others quickly and easily in an effort to change behavior and increase job satisfaction. My approach to the creation of training is learner-centric. I treat every request for my services as a custom, fresh opportunity to apply trusted instructional design principles and concepts in understanding what truly is needed to solve a problem related to lack of training. Sometimes training is not the answer, but regardless, when I am involved, my goal is to find a solution that works.
