About Rob Lewis

Bringing 20 years of experience in analysis with over 10 years leading data, finance, process, and business analysis teams, I am the Head of Business Intelligence and Data Management at Maples Group, the leading global provider of off-shore legal and financial services. I manage data-related products and processes and work to increase the maturity of the data management practice of the organization, measured against the Data Maturity Model (DMM) produced by the CMMI. I am passionate about delivering business applications, data products and projects across the full application life-cycle, using product management and agile principles, and developing the skills of my team in line with industry trends and business requirements. I have introduced and established the foundations of centers of excellence (CoE) in business analysis, data management, and business intelligence, and have successfully implemented my recommendations to improve working practices and protocols in both well-established and newly formed teams. I also assist with product pitches and sales and act as a post-sales consultant to help solve client problems.
