Thank you for stopping by! My name is Robert Link. I am a business and operations manager for the sales organization at Comcast. I began at Comcast in Nov-2012 as a sales agent. Having been an award-winning salesperson since I was 19, I was well prepared to achieve great things with that transition. What I did not expect is how I would grow and apply my skill set towards so many other talents. My streak of awards continued in sales with Comcast. After 2 years in sales, I decided to move my career in a different direction, and when the opportunity presented itself for the change, into leadership. As a Sales Supervisor, I not only developed sales and revenue acquisition strategies and taught others how to execute them, but I also managed through significant change across all aspects of the organization. I leveraged my analytical skills to develop custom-made reports that gave my employees an edge, which led to many of them achieving the same awards that I had also achieved when I was a sales agent. After 3 years as a Sales Supervisor, I made the move to manage Operations for the regional sales organization. In this role, I have become an expert in call center operations and process management. I have been part of many change management teams, having led some of these teams myself, in charge of deploying change management strategies that are well received by the impacted teams, as well as our Human Resources partners. My work was comprised of anything the business needed, with the primary aspects of my role that included: sales and customer experience enablement, project management, career growth plans and employee development, as well as KPI strategies for recovery and maximization. An area that I specialize in is creating custom reports, primarily through Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I’m quite talented at splicing multiple reports together to venture into alternative views of the business to identify prime revenue and customer acquisition opportunities while observing and mitigating risk in the approach. The idea is that you can identify process change impacts and truly tailor the approach of your front line to deliver the best customer experience and results, while improving processes and tools for multiple organizational channels along the way.
