As a retired Special Operations Soldier and Senior Leader in the United States Army Special Operations Command I continue to serve as a consultant, advisor, leader and driver of results in both the profit and non profit space. Founder and board President of The Unit Foundation. A Veteran Service Organization focused on supporting Soldiers and their families both active and retired. As a professional speaker I continue to share my leadership lessons from a life in pursuit of excellence in the military as well as the corporate world. I am currently employed as an Operating Partner Consultant by Partners Private Investment based in Miami, FL. I continue to be open to any opportunity where I can be value added to create elite teams, transform organizations or invest in leaders that want to multiply their impact.
