My mission is to serve the people who serve people, aligning with Granicus' goal to enhance government-citizen engagement. My approach is rooted in leveraging engagement systems to improve communication and service delivery, ensuring that diverse perspectives are represented in the solutions we provide. As a Territory Manager, my role involves strategizing and implementing effective CMS and engagement practices that empower government agencies to better connect with their constituents. My recent transition from Quadient, where I honed my skills in sales, has equipped me with the ability to drive meaningful change at Granicus. Here, we work collaboratively to expand our Subscriber Network, ultimately facilitating stronger government-resident relationships across multiple countries.
