I’m a focused business leader with experience building successful brands and businesses in fast-paced, ever-changing markets, including the pet food sector, where I’m currently working as General Manager for Royal Canin in Canada. In my 13-plus years with Mars, I’ve learned to thrive within evolving, growth-oriented environments that face complex business challenges. In each role, I’ve gathered perspectives and data to inform strategic decision-making and drive profitable growth. Right now, the pet food industry is expanding as a new generation of pet owners look to feed their pets the best food they can find. We have a unique opportunity in the coming years to bring tailored nutrition options to every cat and dog. I’m a collaborative leader, mentor and coach with a track record of raising the talent bar and empowering individuals and organizations into execution and action. When I’m not working, I love being active outdoors with my wife, our three beautiful children and our two incredible family dogs (Clover and Henri) and our two eccentric cats (Rudi and Joey Jo-Jo Jr.)
