About Rob Maeder

Curious. Thoughtful. People-Oriented. I’m a jack of all trades, driven by curiosity and a deep care for people. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, history, theology, and human connection—always seeking to understand how we know what we know and how we can care for those on the margins. With a background in ministry, leadership, and public speaking, I excel at both deep focus and quick adaptability—whether crafting meaningful liturgy, leading teams, or engaging in thoughtful dialogue. I love to entertain, communicate big ideas, and create spaces where people feel seen and valued. In my spare time, you’ll find me cycling, playing board games, writing poetry, or listening to audiobooks. Always happy to connect over good stories, deep questions, or a well-placed strategic move—reach out if that sounds like you too.
