About Me I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker specializing in supporting emerging adults aged 16 to 29 as they strive for positive mental health and interdependence. My approach integrates psychotherapy, psychoeducation, collaboration, and leadership to help individuals and teams develop the insight, skills, and confidence needed to support this diverse population.
