About Rob McCormick

My main objective within the Customer Experience team is to help build simple solutions that are great for users. Using tools such as storyboarding, prototyping, and high-level concepts and mockups through to detailed design – the main goal is to drive deeper and faster understand for all (including business stakeholders, project managers, UX and technology teams and, most importantly, end users). The process is highly collaborative, and involves working closely with CX designers and researchers (along with other stakeholders) to fully understand the problem and then to concept, test and improve possible solutions. My team develops a variety of visual artifacts throughout the design and development process in order to investigate the best ways to integrate features and evolve (or sometimes constrain) project scope whilst striving to maintain simple and elegant interfaces for our customers.
