About Rob McDowall
I have a background in psychology and ethics, but also a keen interest in law and technology. I love meeting new people from all different walks of life and collaborating to generate innovative ideas and make amazing things happen. I studied psychology initially because I was fascinated about how people think. After deciding I didn't want to pursue a career in clinical practice, I started working in research where managed large scale projects in psych-oncology and genetics while developing my interest in ethics and integrity. Pursuing this interest I completed a Masters in Bioethics and am now providing leadership and specialist advice in this area at Australia's national science agency.
