The most successful property managers know that a great attitude is the key. Most of the time, things don’t work out as planned, especially when managing a large number of properties. As a professional with a comprehensive background in property management, I approach a problem from a different angle and experiment with an out-of-the-box solution. Known as a people person, I enjoy interacting with so many people on a daily basis—being able to relate to them, understand them, and respond to their issues with sensitivity. As a focal person between many different parties with varying and sometimes conflicting needs and interests, I am always expected to know how to balance those interests so that everyone is happy. Throughout my career progression, I have refined my skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks, and using available resources to solve issues effectively and influence essential business decisions. My responsibilities go beyond the maintenance and repairs, household management, marketing, and dealings for the said property. It is a passion project I graciously share with our clients.
