About Rob McGrady

An unwavering focus on quality, high touch customer service and empathetic leadership are the guiding principles I have built my career on. As an executive with over 20 years’ experience, I am recognized for my consistent track record of leading cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of software projects for Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical clients, as well as strong service provider management. I collaborate with functional management to ensure quality deliverables, and execution on tactical and strategic priorities for an organization. On both sides of the client/service provider relationship, I have been involved in all phases of engagement including business development, quality management, issue resolution and governance. I support staffing and growth plans from initiation to hiring and onboarding, as well performance management and compensation activities. I have overseen or been directly involved in the design, delivery and support of software systems for clinical trials across all phases of development and a majority of sponsor companies and CROs. I have also played key roles in onboarding and retaining major and mid-market clients to grow client bases.
