Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across privately owned, listed, and international group structures - often stepping in to bring structure, accountability, and forward planning. Recent experience includes- Leading the transition from an owner-run business to part of a listed group, including full restructure of financial reporting, governance, and board engagement - Playing a key role in several acquisitions, integrations, and shareholding changes across the UK, Singapore, and the US - Managing finance and IT teams across multiple time zones, with a focus on collaboration, consistency, and clear reporting - Preparing for and leading the global ERP implementation project, alongside wider operational restructures such as new warehouse hubs in China - Working closely with group M&A, audit committees, and senior leadership to align processes with wider group priorities I work best in fast-paced, high-growth environments that need focus, flexibility, and follow-through. I value straightforward communication, strong working relationships, and delivering what’s needed, when it’s needed. Outside work, I run to stay healthy, travel to keep perspective, and prioritise time with family.
