I am a dedicated and driven energy and sustainability professional, with more than 20 years in government and private sector roles, an innovative mindset, strong leadership capabilities and passion for sustainable policies. What I bring to a Business: I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Physics, an Advertising Practitioner's Diploma, a Graduate Certificate in Design Science (Sustainable Design), and have completed an executive leadership program while in an executive role. After gaining skills in marketing and operations management, I transitioned into the sustainability and energy sectors, and have worked extensively with government agencies and private organisations in both operational management and strategic planning roles, advising on energy markets and delivering cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions for clients, executive roles, as well as more recently compliance and risk roles across broad and complex industries. How I deliver proven results: A big part of my success is my ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, working in collaboration to meet and exceed critical targets such as reducing waste, improving productivity, and generating profitable outcomes. I am able to confidently advise and negotiate with technical and non-technical audiences across communities, industry and all levels of government, and proactively contribute to executive-level strategic planning. As a collaborator and leader, I strive to establish positive workplace environments where staff feel supported to implement innovative strategies. Underpinned by robust policies, risk management strategies and governance frameworks, I am able to build the scaffold within workplaces that allow staff to be confident of and capable in their ability to deliver quality outcomes for the business and its clients.
