About Rob Miller

With over 11 years of experience in people management, project management, talent acquisition and onboarding, training and facilitation, logistics, and large-scale event planning, I am dedicated to creating space for others to collaborate, learn, and grow with and for one another.I believe that time is one of our most valuable commodities. I identify ways to streamline user-friendly processes. At the outset of any task, I establish priorities and timelines with a focus on taking words into action. I believe customer service is critical to success. I approach my daily work with a positive attitude and believe that the energy I put into a project reflects the same energy I will receive back from colleagues and clients. Outside of my professional work, you can find me volunteering for my fraternity, Delta Upsilon (DU), whose mission is "Building Better Men." Whether with my alma mater's DU Alumni Association, or in numerous volunteer roles with DU's International Headquarters, I am committed to creating a world focused on equality and justice and inspiring the next generations to do the same.
