About Rob Mills

I have had a long and.reasonably successful career in the financial services industry, with experience spanning multiple countries and decades. My years of living and working in major financial centres like London and New York has provided me with exposure to diverse financial markets and strategies. Extensive experience in the recruitment and the management of financial advice businesses throughout Australia, has further strengthened my understanding of the practical aspects of running and growing a successful financial advisory business. Through my experiences as a public speaker at conferences, professional development days, and client seminars providing education, knowledge and insights on financial advice topics, I have developed strong skills in communicating complex financial concepts and strategies for the benefit of a broad range of clients. I have been lucky enough during my career to have consulted to, and worked with companies such as RM Williams, Ralph Lauren, Milk Marketing, the American Australian Association and the Australian Consulate-General in New York. I now draw upon my experiences, knowledge and education for the benefit of our clients at Bayside. If I am not at work or watching rugby, I can most often be seen inside the kitchen, cooking for family and friends.
