I’ve learned that each piece of real estate represents a unique market with unique dynamics and potential. In 14+ years of appraising in San Francisco I was involved in nearly 4,500 transactions through every possible market condition. This has helped me bring a depth of experience and perspective to each of my clients and every transaction as a realtor. I’ve seen and understand the power of real estate to build personal wealth in all market conditions when the right property, location, and price converge. When there is uncertainty, there is opportunity, I’ve seen this play out through recession, 9/11, Great Recession, COVID and today- Unique understanding of the drivers of market value in San Francisco’s many neighborhoods/sub-neighborhoods - Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for real estate and strong commitment to my clients interests - Background in marketing and negotiation training My career has woven a path between real estate, technology and finance but always grounded in adding value. My sole focus is serving the needs of my real clients and being a tireless advocate for their interests. I'm committed to helping them find the perfect property at the right price or marketing their current home to attract the strongest offers. I'm also interested in early stage venture finance and specifically crowd capital. As an entrepreneur I saw how the lack of access to capital hurt viable businesses. I’m one of the team who crafted the legislative framework used in the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (J.O.B.S. Act) that brought crowdfund investing to the United States. President Obama signed the JOBS Act into law in 2012 ushering in the era of debt and equity crowdfunding. Robert represented CCA with speaking engagements globally. Rob’s speaking engagements for CCA- World Bank’s 5th Global Forum on Innovation & Tech Entrepreneurship in South Africa- Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Keynote address at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga Latvia for a U.S. State Department trip for Global Entrepreneurship Week - Keynote address at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary for U.S. State Department - Keynote address and related events in Suriname, South America for U.S. State Department (national TV news appearance) Robert has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and BA from UC, Santa Cruz
