I currently work as a SAP BI Platform Support Engineer at SAP, where I provide technical support and guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams on various issues related to the SAP BI Platform, such as installation, configuration, performance, security, integration, and troubleshooting. I also collaborate with other engineers, developers, and product managers to identify and implement best practices, enhancements, and fixes for the SAP BI Platform. As a certified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), I have a strong background in network engineering, databases, data warehousing, which enables me to handle diverse and complex technical scenarios with ease and efficiency. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
