My strong technical background compliments my revenue building/(or reduction) capabilities, while always keeping the customer first. Vast experience with managing product lifecycle and all customer touch points A to Z. Tenured experience with managing teams, budget responsibilities from a P&L perspective, owning and running segments (ranging from consumer to small business to wealth as well as commercial/treasury needs). Creating and designing comprehensive segment strategies and over seeing all aspects of project and product management is the day to day task. This results in successfully managing mid life cycle Product enhancements, while on the other hand growing, building and designing new Products and services from scratch. Experience in supporting a $45MM dollar budget and generating $500MM in net revenue on an annual basis.
