Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and mission-critical business challenges—from infrastructure delivering software for millions of gamers at Blizzard to helping government agencies transform how they deliver services to citizens. What drives me is solving the puzzle of how organizations can leverage technology not just to modernize, but to fundamentally reimagine what's possible. This work has taught me that successful technology adoption isn't really about the technology—it's about understanding people, processes, and the unique pressures each organization faces. I am at my best when working with leadership teams who are facing that crucial inflection point: they know they need to evolve, but they're not sure how to get there without disrupting what's already working. Whether it's a Fortune 500 company looking to modernize legacy systems or a government agency needing to balance innovation with security and compliance, I help bridge the chasm between execution and ambition. The government sector has been an incredible challenge to drive this work—when you're dealing with national security requirements and critical missions, you learn to think several moves ahead and how to innovate despite unique requirements and constraints. These lessons translate surprisingly well to commercial environments facing their own regulatory, competitive, and operational pressures.
