I am a senior private equity executive with a sustained track record of successful investments across the middle market with a particular focus on deep value, special situation, and middle market private equity investing. I headed a team which reviewed hundreds of opportunities researching situations with asymmetric return profiles capable of driving meaningful capital appreciation while providing significant asset coverage and downside protection. Over the last five years, I have executed over 20 transactions encompassing different industries, structures, and securities. In addition, I have sat on the Boards of multiple organizations, working with management teams to formulate and execute strategic and operational priorities.
