With 30 years of experience in education, I bring a deep commitment to nurturing learning communities that thrive. My career has spanned both public and independent school settings, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s schools. I specialize in working with nascent and growing organizations, helping them build strong foundations for sustainable growth. As a relational leader and strategic thinker, I focus on fostering meaningful connections among students, staff, and families while aligning mission-driven goals with practical implementation. My expertise lies in the PreK–8 space, where I have consistently prioritized the developmental needs of young learners and the importance of cultivating inclusive, responsive environments. I believe in the power of thoughtful leadership, collaborative culture, and purposeful planning to transform schools into vibrant centers of learning. Each position I have held has afforded me the blessing of working with so many amazing students, faculty and staff, parents, and colleagues. The sum of my experiences has helped crystallize for me what I feel passionate about as an educator, and I welcome connecting!
