About Rob Perkins

I apply psychological best practice to organisational change, operating model transformation and engaging employees in change. I believe that improving rigour across people, capability, culture, and engagement practices can strengthen the organisations greatest asset; it's people. I link improvement initiatives to business outcomes, encouraging the organisation to challenge itself to look into the future and determine what it needs to have, be and do. Change is everywhere, and the impact of organisational change, uncertainty and isolation is, more than ever, a risk to individual and organisational resilience. Can psychology change the world? It can at AEMO. I am leading the implementation of future ways of working and ways of leading, working with all members of the organisation to determine what we need to be able to succeed in hybrid.
