I lead professional teams of communications coordinators and learning specialists implementing both divisional and enterprise-wide communications, learning, and employee engagement plans impacting over Ontario Public Service employees. My teams consistently deliver on short and long-term objectives on highly sensitive and confidential projects for unionized and and non-bargaining staff's pay, benefits, and customized enterprise resource planning software. I provide strategic evidence-based advice to support senior decision makers. I possess extensive communications and marketing knowledge from every perceptive: purchasing services as a client, providing them as a consultant, and managing teams of communications professionals including within international corporations, small businesses, for non-profit organizations, and the Ontario provincial government. My experience in customer service, developing and conducting surveys, and recruiting and leading focus groups has given me a all-encompassing understanding of consumer/client/user behaviour. I've designed websites and promotional materials for various purposes and also managed and trained small businesses and foreign corporations in use of payroll, point of sale, accounting, inventory, distribution, and enterprise resource planning software. My formal education in Marketing, Accounting, Psychology, Economics, and Computer Science at University of Guelph gives me a well-rounded knowledge in various disciplines, while my technological know-how makes me a valuable asset to any organization.
