WHAT I DO: I help people get "unstuck" from their small business issues through coaching & consulting services. Every business owner - and I mean every one - at some time gets stuck. I work with people to improve their business & personal effectiveness.** Business effectiveness issues fall into different areas like Sales, Marketing, HR, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Customer Service, and Succession Planning. Clients may be stuck in certain areas like poor profits or sales, poor quality, bad company culture, lack of leadership depth, or work-life balance issues.** Personal effectiveness issues are when the client knows what they should do and don’t do it… or what they shouldn’t do and yet do it anyway. Personal effectiveness issues arise from bad habits, addictions, overused personal strengths, or lack of personal structure.
