About Rob Powell

I currently look after 14 beautiful & varied pubs & bars spread across the South West including Leamington, Oxford, Cheltenham, Bristol, Reading & Guildford. Having studied Leisure Management & Marketing Management at University I joined Mitchell's & Butlers as an undergraduate and have never looked back. I have a wealth of experience having run pubs in Bath, London & Cheltenham and having run a district of high food volume pubs in the South East. I am currently developing my leadership skills in a multi-site setting and further building my experience in the hospitality industry. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to run some superb businesses which operate as independent pubs and flex their offer to the demands of the local market. This allows me to further develop my strategic decision making and allows me to coach & support the GM's to take their businesses in the right direction.
