Rob started in the real estate and hospitality businesses in under his father, a SW Florida resort and hotel developer. Automobile business, 10+ years: Worked up to the position of sales manager for the top line in the industry. Real Estate: Achieved Platinum Sales Status for WCI Communities, Inc. Retail/Home Goods: During the real estate down turn, Took charge of Naples, FL location for Florida's top appliance retailer as General Sales Manager and within 6 months of operating, drove sales to propel that store in company rankings from 23rd of 45 locations to the top 5 consistently. Owned and Operated a Marina Operations/Boat Sales/Retail Tackle establishment and re-entered the real estate business in the Spring of 2013. Re-entered the real estate business full time as Career Development Manager - Century 21 - hiring, training, recruiting agents and then as Business Development Manager - C21. In 2014 made the decision to represent sellers and buyers directly.
