I have had my own rep agency in the 90's and have been in National and Regional Rep Management and Sales since 1987. The current lighting industry is undergoing massive upheavals and advances with the advent of LED lighting technology and its true and false claims. The secret to success is disseminating the Chinese companies, their products, and their capabilities, as well as, the U.S. companies and their capabilities.
