About Rob Richler

I'm an employment and labour lawyer and partner with Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. I provide counsel for employees and employers on employment related matters. I also conduct workplace investigations and respect in the workplace training for organizations of all sizes. I have obtained a wide range of experience as both as in-house counsel and in private practice. My time as in-house counsel coupled with my MBA have given me great insight into the needs of organizations. I am attuned to the types of considerations organizations must weigh when making decisions regarding their employees. I have represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Commission Inquiries and at mediations. I am the current chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Mensa Canada Society. I am a frequent speaker on employment law and the integration of AI into the workplace.
