Passionate about delivering an environmentally sustainable future and deeply engaged with climate change issues, I lead high-performing teams to implement innovative, transformative & sustainable solutions for communities. Key Achievements- Successful leadership & management of major complex projects-programs-portfolios including being Arup's Project Director for a 300-person team on the $15bn Auckland Light Rail, the Arup Independent Reviewer project team for the $11bn North-East Link Tunnel (both joint with Aurecon) and the concept & development of the La Trobe Street tram stops as well as the next @20 tram stops for upgrade in Melbourne- As Deputy Chair of Arup’s Australasia Sustainable Development Executive and Program Director for “Our Future Organisation” implemented effective transformational change for people centered around a strategy of “Sustainability is everything”- At Yarra Trams, leading 600 unionized staff successfully delivering day-to-day operations, asset management and project delivery for the world’s largest tram network ($15bn portfolio). Included taking on the roles of Acting CEO and Crisis Director.
