An enthusiastic, results oriented professional with over 24 years’ experience in the IT industry including: progressive experience in executive management, quality assurance, managing web development, project management, business analysis, process re-engineering and international global outsourcing. A dedicated team player with effective communication skills who is organized, goal driven, and adaptable. My current work assignment as a Sr. Manager for Conduent includes Requirements Management for New Mexico and Texas MMIS projects using ADO to manage all requirements and metrics for the project team. My previous work assignment as a Sr. Manager for SLI Government Solutions/Public Knowledge includes consulting as an Independent Verification and Validation (IV & V) Professional helping States achieve effective CMS/Medicaid project execution. Prior to entering the consulting world, I held a position of Vice President of a software company running a corporate Quality Assurance Organization with a QA staff of 157 resources globally located. My team was responsible for the QA delivery of thirteen (13) product lines across the company using HP’s Test Suite of Products. I have also held other Sr. Consulting and Senior Manager/Manager positions during my career. I was the QA Manager for Delta Airlines responsible for the quality of the Delta.com website which generated over 2 Billion dollars in sales annually. I have managed resources in China, India, Bolivia, Peru, and Canada from a distributed environment model and understand cultural differences between different geographical locations and how to be successful in this model. I have extensive experience and expertise with Software Development Life Cycle methods including Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. I also have over 15 years’ experience using HP’s test suite of products: HP ALM/Quality Center, UFT/QTP, and LoadRunner in addition to JIRA and ADO.
