I have 25+ years in Transformation and Transition roles, VP Marketing, General Manager at Procter & Gamble, Coty and, most recently, Wella Company. Whilst living and working in the UK, India and Switzerland, I have- Led global marketing, most recently as VP Marketing for the Wella Professionals brand, net sales of c.$1 Billion, managing a team of 40- Led country markets as GM of P&G Salon Professional India, managing a team of 100+- Worked both in corporate giants like P&G as well as alongside private equity and leading external consultant teams as VP Global Transformation and Transition officer. With extensive business exposure to North America, EMEA, India and Japan, I have a wealth of global experience. The red thread in my career as a business builder is enabling transformation in times of change, whether it is a turn-around in India where I doubled the business in three years after a decade of flat performance, or a brand and innovation strategy reinvention on Coty’s largest brand, Wella, which led to category leadership, leading the company’s covid bounce-back strategy or most recently, a leadership role in corporate transformation as the Wella Company prepares itself for an ambitious growth trajectory and future stock market listing.
