About Rob Sanchez

20+ years ago, I quit my job with a group of colleagues. Then we set out to build a company that would transform B2B marketing’s data-driven business model. Today, that company is Anteriad (formerly MeritDirect), a global full-funnel B2B marketing and data solutions provider with 900+ employees and 11 offices on 4 continents. As a member of its Management Committee since its inception and CEO since 2012, I have seen the company through key acquisitions, recruitment, and global expansions. Having spent the majority of my professional life in data, I appreciate its power to simplify the complexities of the marketing world. But what I’m really passionate about is the action that data inspires – and the people who take that action. That’s why my highest priority as a founder and business leader is to surround myself with strong teams composed of top-tier people who I can trust to do their jobs, innovate and keep business moving. Indeed, our growth journey would not have been possible without the world-class team who I am extremely privileged to work alongside every day. In addition to being recognized by Inc. we’ve won countless awards, and we’ve been living our “do more and do good” value through various philanthropic activities in our communities. The future is bright. I’m on LinkedIn to share that journey. But I’m also interested in having conversations around B2B data, navigating business growth and team-building, and, because I can’t resist, anything sports-related. When I’m not working on Anteriad, you’ll find me on the golf course, at a Yankee game, traveling with my beautiful family, or supporting various charitable interests.
