I have over 7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for domains including hardware engineering, powertrain engineering, and battery cell manufacturing. Currently I specialize in mechanical engineering skillsets, but also have experience hiring manufacturing engineers, process engineers, electrical engineers, test engineers, data engineers, and more. I have successfully sourced, screened, and placed hundreds of candidates across various disciplines and levels, from engineers and technicians to managers. I have also built and maintained strong relationships with hiring managers, department directors, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. In addition, I have contributed to the development and implementation of recruiting strategies, tools, and best practices that align with Tesla's mission and values. Before joining Tesla, I worked as an Account Manager and a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, where I specialized in both engineering and industrial staffing, as well as business development. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University - East Bay, where I learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, marketing, finance, recruiting, and operations. I am skilled in technical recruiting, management, leadership, and communication, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and trends in the business and talent acquisition spaces.
