I have a strong technical background in software architecture, database design and development, and windows and web back-end development. I am passionate about setting and achieving goals, stretching myself into new challenges, and pushing against perceived boundaries in pursuit of change for the better. I believe in teams and that the best teams are comprised of people with broad and diverse perspectives and a sense of personal responsibility that fuels their drive to contribute to the team's success. I believe no one will ever regret having performed with excellence and that striving for excellence fuels professional and personal growth. I enjoy challenges that utilize a good mix of my leadership, technical, business and interpersonal skills. As a strong believer in continual learning, I have honed my skills and grown into new roles in an exciting and eclectic career path from developer to product engineering leader responsible for development, testing, and DevOps. I find technology easy to learn and as a leader have kept pace with the technologies my teams use and helped introduce new technologies. More recently I've been using my skills in Technical Business Development, working with other companies to find synergies among our respective products and services.
