From planning events to daily operations, the most important factor is achieving the shared goals for all involved by setting the stage with clear operating procedures and routines. I enjoy facilitating environments where staff can perform to their absolute best and take satisfaction in working as a team to provide world class service. With 15 years of experience leading small specialty teams and large process teams, I focus on forming strong relationships with internal and external partners. Over the course of my career I strive to be known as a business owner and for creating business owners with strong results. In my career, I have had the opportunity to lead high performing teams, launch innovative projects and programs in a variety of workplaces, while working with a phenomenal group of coworkers and direct reports. I am a highly effective communicator that seeks to build positive collaboration with all stakeholders to support operations in projects or programs.
