As a business, manufacturing and IT leader, my experiences have given me many opportunities to learn "hands on" about a variety of technology, manufacturing materials and the most effective methods to produce premier mill roll products. MY LEADERSHIP ROLL As the Production Supervisor, I am known as the 'go to guy", I have a proven ability to get good things done, teach and train our collaborative team on machinery, improve the infrastructure in our manufacturing department, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that ensure our customers are happy. FAMILY OWNED + INNOVATIVE NCCM Company is a family owned and operated business founded when Brent and Julie Niccum purchased the intellectual property for 3M's proprietary mill roll material in 2009. This material, which 3M still sells to NCCM under exclusive license, is used in the manufacture of these state-of-the-art mills rolls used for wringing, oiling, tension and strip control at various steps in metal processing operations.
