I provide pro-active and solution based accounting and assurance services to a wide range of clients with a primary focus on the technology sector. Having worked in London and Vancouver, I have gained significant experience in managing complex international projects which require strong project management and communication skills, allowing for early identification of accounting issues while minimizing changes to project scope. My primary experience is in public company (TSX, TSX-v, LSE and AIM) assurance including annual audit, interim reviews and going public transactions. I also regularly service private companies, particularly those with future aspirations to go public or other forms of exit.
