Rowe Price CEO and president, I am proud to lead an outstanding team of associates around the world who do great work every day to generate strong long-term investment results, build meaningful partnerships with clients, and help people thrive in an evolving world. My roles over the past 25 years – as a member of the firm’s Management Committee, the former head of Investments and group chief investment officer, and a longtime portfolio manager and analyst – have given me a multi-asset, global perspective; a deep understanding of what clients value; and an appreciation for the importance of building and supporting our diverse workforce. These experiences have also provided me with unique insights into leadership and what makes companies successful in the long run. Independent thinking, collaboration, and the gathering of dynamic perspectives play important roles in the way T. Rowe Price operates. I encourage our associates to learn from the past, engage in rigorous exploration, and use a broad lens to evaluate potential outcomes. We apply this mindset when evaluating an investment, a strategic decision, or a potential hire. I believe in thinking creatively and being open to possibilities. As chair of the firm’s Management Committee, I am fortunate to work alongside a passionate group of senior leaders to oversee the overall policies and strategic direction for the firm and deliver on our vision to be a premier global active asset manager. As we execute our strategic priorities across investments, distribution, and our corporate functions, maintaining an organizational culture grounded in collaboration, trust, and integrity remains central to our long-term success.
