About Rob Sisneros

I have a passion for understanding who people are today, and who they aspire to be tomorrow. Whether it’s in my personal or professional life, I’m guided by the principle of “Do the Right Thing” which, in turn, has transformed the way I approach all relationships. Through cultivating relationships with my integrity, humor, and extensive background with global enterprise organizations, I have influenced countless learning professionals to achieve results through the learning programs I have directed, designed and deployed, alongside some of the most incredibly talented learning experience & design teams on the planet.I work with my learning and development and enablement colleagues to inspire excellence through hard work, dreaming without boundaries, and I have a lot of fun doing it. I promote an agile, iterative, and learner-centric approach that ensure programs are deployed on time and help learning professionals achieve their real world performance goals. I am humbled by the fact that what I do every day not only makes today's working professionals more productive and successful, but also by the fact that it will ultimately have the same impact on the organization’s success.
